The UNRBA Seeks Request for Qualifications for Water Quality Modeling April 8, 2016
The Upper Neuse River Basin Association (UNRBA) is solicting Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for water quality modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and regulatory support from a service provider to support the UNRBA with the reevaluation of Stage II of the Falls Lake Nutrient Management Strategy (see NCAC 15A 02B.0275 (5)) and technical support related to alternative regulatory approaches.
