UNRBA Approved Updated Interim Alternative Implementation Approach (IAIA)

At the UNRBA’s Board meeting on March 16, 2022, the Compliance Group Committee of the Board approved a revised IAIA program, adopting updated Bylaws and an updated IAIA Program Document and the IAIA Program has been submitted to the NC Environmental Management Commission and the NC Division of Water Resources for review and approval. This action updated the original submittal in June 2021.
