UNRBA’s IAIA Program Receives Approval from the NC Environmental Management Commission (EMC)

At the NC EMC meeting on September 8, 2022, the UNRBA’s IAIA program received approval.  This program allows for joint compliance with the Falls Lake Rules’ Existing Development requirements.  All members of the UNRBA with New Development requirements are participating in the IAIA Program.
